Kleros Capital Partners Limited ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
What we collect
If you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation (if given), and the contents of your message.
We do not use cookies for tracking and we do not collect personal data from visitors who simply browse this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to review and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain a record of correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
This website is operated using the following service providers, which process limited data on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, which are delivered to us by email and retained in Netlify's form-submission records.
- Cloudflare provides the "Turnstile" verification step on the enquiry form (used to prevent automated abuse) and privacy-focused, cookieless visitor analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser characteristics for these purposes.
These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Retention
We retain enquiry submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to our continued use of it. To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@kleroscapitalpartners.com, or use the enquiry form on this website.
